Step 1

Use the search facility on our website to find a property in the location of your choice and within your budget

Step 2

Once you have selected a property you can contact us via the website, call us direct to arrange a viewing or register your details online.

Step 3

After successfully finding your new home, you will need to fill out an application form which you can download from our website or we can leave one with you at your viewing. An application fee is payable, which is 20% of the monthly rental value plus VAT. This reserves the property for you and includes your referencing costs (this fee is non- refundable).

Step 4

Before your arranged move-in date, we will send you the relevant paperwork which will include the tenancy agreement and arrangement of a monthly standing order for your rental payments. You will need to sign these and return them to us. You will be required to pay the following in cleared funds on or before your move-in date:

  • Dilapidation Deposit equivalent to one and a half month’s rental value
  • First month’s rent

Step 5

On your arranged move-in date, we will provide you with an inventory (if applicable) of the property. This will need to be signed by you and completed on the same day prior to handover of keys. We will undertake to inform all necessary utility companies and the local authority for council tax, and transfer the respective accounts into your name on your behalf
